Beautiful house! We had 21 of us staying there and you would never have known it since the house was so big and quite. Our group loved having the TV outside close to the pool because when the Womens World Cup Soccer games were on family members floated in the pool and watched on the TV.. Made alot of people happy! We loved how the kitchen was set back a little so the bedrooms on that floor didnt hear the people in the kitchen. We have stayed at White Sand Vacation Homes for years and have been spoiled. The housed are built well, beautiful decor and can handle a large group like ours. Joe was very helpful. If we needed anything he was right there and he also told us about other properties being built in the area. We had perfect weather this year.. Perfect blue skies, awesome water and not much rain maybe a few drops. . Its always hard to go back home after staying in Destin and in one of Bens Houses. It was also nice to have a short walk to the beach and a bathroom on the boardwalk so we didnt have to walk back to the house even though the house was super close. We had a great vacation!!

Love how the kitchen sits back a little bit so the people sleeping in the rooms on this floor didnt hear the people in there.. The beach was sooo close and we loved having a bathroom on the walkway. The 3rd floor bunk room was awesome. The young adults loved the room. The pool was a good size and was used everyday especially the tv by the pool area.. Alot of world cup games were watched in the pool. The location was awesome. Close to the shops and the beach. We have stayed at Bens houses for years and have loved all of them. Joe the property manager was awesome..If we called him he was right there and if we had questions about Bens other locations he knew all the info about them. We are spoiled staying at White Sand Vacation Homes because they are always so pretty, tastefully decorated, have the best of everything and well built.

We had a group of 16 at Park Row 12 and words cannot describe the size and quality of the this home and the many that we have stayed at by this owner. Ben and his awesome property manager are extremely attentive and determined to make your stay a true vacation. The massive pool and location to the beach are second to none! I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate you and your team. I'm a member of several groups on FB centered around Destin and, of course, have lots of friends who visit the area. I have seen people talk of rates doubling and tripling, yet ours stayed the same. Also, we had friends lose their whole vacation to the Hurricane evacuation last year, but you guys were so gracious in refunding our unused portion. So, I just wanted to share my thanks and let you know how grateful we are.

This house is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The pool and outdoor space was so accommodating and entertaining! The location is great, such an easy walk to the beach access! Comment: We took our family of four and a family of five to this beautiful condominium for Spring Break this year. We all agreed we had made a wonderful decision when our week was over. The condominium featured two master bedrooms, a third large bedroom and bunkbeds that made for a very comfortable stay for all of us. The front porch looks right out onto one of the many beautiful beaches that Destin has to offer. When you couple that with the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, it made for a great place to enjoy our meals together. The three large bathrooms made it easy for all of us to clean up after a long day of fun in the sun. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The children all loved the huge pool and hot tub located on the property and enjoyed the options when it came time to swim. We parked directly below our front door and the elevator access made carrying in our luggage and groceries very easy. The large refrigerator and cabinets made it very easy for us to grocery shop for the entire week with plenty of space to store everything out of sight. This is the fifth different property we’ve stayed at with White Sands Vacation Homes and we’ve been absolutely thrilled each and every time. The designs and layouts of these properties, coupled with the beautiful furnishings and decorations, have made it so easy for us to create lasting memories of each of our trips to Destin. If you’re bringing your family, church group, or business associates to one of these properties you’re certain to be equally as thrilled as our family and friends have been. 4 Full Stories Of Luxury Steps From The Private Beach This house was the very best and most accommodating that our Women’s Ministry Group has ever rented in the past 12 years of booking retreats. This house sleeps comfortably 32 on real mattresses and provides air mattresses if needed. The kitchen has all the space anyone could need. We cooked full meals and were very pleased with two dishwashers and large refrigerator and freezer. The elevator was wonderful because we have all ages in our group and very helpful in moving luggage. We opted to heat the pool for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it and the hot tub. Many in our group ran on the beach every day which is just a short distance from the house. I highly recommend this house

Awesome home! The home was absolutely amazing!!! Pictures do not do the home justice. Every floor was perfectly decorated. The amenities are top notch. The kitchen is phenomenal and stocked with everything you need. We had some technical difficulties with some features but there service guys were only a call away. The beach is literally a minute walk away. We are planning to stay again and would highly recommend the home.

Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time our family of 17 had at your rental vacation home. We were overwhelmed by the home and all it had to offer our family. When we first walked in and saw how beautiful everything was, our grandchildren squealed with delight and exclaimed, ” We are never leaving here!” All the adults laughed but secretly thought the same thought. Miramar Beach had so much to offer. With 10 adults and 7 grandchildren, ages 18 to 18 months, there was something for everyone. “Nothing But A Breeze” became our home away from home. The comfortableness was unparalleled. Everyone had his own space, but it offered such giant areas to congregate as a family. The pool was certainly the center for everyone. But the beach access, probably 200 steps from the home, was the star of the show for these Midwesterners. We also loved the golf cart we rented from you, we participated in a catamaran boat excursion, a bonfire on the beach, deep sea fishing and eating at the restaurants. When we chose to eat at home, everything was so convenient and fun. After dinner, we could put the little ones down for the night and the adults could play games. These were great times we will never forget. The customer service, especially from Joe, was exceptional and we appreciate all you and he did for us. We have already referred other friends to your website. The home was so much more than we had expected and we hope to someday return. Thank you again for sharing in our vacation of a lifetime.

Our family (9 adults, 4 kids under 5) just returned from Florida and had a chance to stay at the Soggy Dollar. To say it was amazing doesn’t do it justice. From the moment you walk in and see the custom yacht bar in the entry to the beautiful pool (with its infinity-edge hot tub and in-pool dining table), everything is just stunning and well-designed. The owners didn’t cut a single corner in building and decorating the place—high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances at every turn. The house unfolds on four floors. First floor has two bedrooms and lots of cool built-in bunk beds (each with their own TV). Second floor contains the kitchen, living, dining and two more rooms. Third floor has two master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms, along with more bunk beds. And the top floor is a game space with a pool table, poker table and a couple of arcade games, as well as more bunk beds and a bath with a shower. Honestly, it took us a little bit to determine which rooms were considered the “master” bedrooms, because they are all so nice. The kitchen was a dream for our group to cook in and we all loved how large the dining room table was, so that we could all actually eat together and not feel like we were stepping on top of each other. A few of our favorite features—the elevator was really handy to shift around luggage and baby gear; there were at least three washer and dryers, so we could always keep the laundry moving; loved the poker table on the fourth floor and the kids loved the pinball machine; great views from the rooftop deck; and convenient walking distance to the beach, souvenir shop and coffee shop. If you’re looking for a vacation rental where your entire group can be together without stepping on each other’s toes, this is your place.
